#VinylSundays, held at Jozi's home of craft beer, the Stanley Beer Yard, is back again on Sunday, 2 July for a celebration of vinyl and craft beer!
Held on the first Sunday of EVERY month, join the eleven best Gauteng record stores and record dealers for a pop-up vinyl record market and a chance for you to expand your record collection in a super-fun and chilled setting. Doors open at 10h00 and thousands of quality, hand-picked records will be on display in crates, ready for the music aficionado to browse. Welcome to newcomers and seasoned music collectors alike, there is something for everyone, no matter their genre preference and budget.
Breakfast pregos are served early and the Stanley Beer Yard lunch is a real treat. Make sure to come hungry! The wine list and lengthy craft beer menu is enough to keep any thirst quenched.
The venue is child friendly and there is lots to do in the 44 Stanley centre as a whole for the entire family. The atelier will be doing a special reading of the children's book Nombulelo And The Moth by author Susie Dinneen at 10h00 (so come early and bring the little ones!). Chocoloza is open, making the most delicious Belgian chocolate treats; and Mr Vinyl's flagship 106m2 record store will be open. Make sure to pop in to L'Elephant Terrible Bookshop as well for a lovely selection of books and reading material.
The record dealers trading on the day are:
Mr Vinyl
Vinyl Junkie
Record Mad
Andy Smith
Clover Records
Barney Stathakis
Afrosynth Records
